We are looking for a PRN Lab Assistant working as needed, who will Perform phlebotomy procedures on both inpatients and outpatients in a timely manner; collect blood samples from patients required for the performance of laboratory tests as requested by the physician with the least possible discomfort to the patient; and support the lab staff with various functions.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Successful completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program, or previous training and experience to perform phlebotomy

· One-year prior experience preferred

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

· Phlebotomy certification preferred
