Lab Tech

Educations & Qualifications:        Prefer minimum of two-year degree in science or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor critical control points of food processing.


• Complete laboratory testing of production and retain samples.


• Monitor production line, specifically filling process.


• May assist in reviewing ingredient, raw material and product specifications.


• May assist with inspections and R&D tasks.

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.


• Report to and from work at assigned time.


• Must be honest and reliable.


• Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.  


• Adhere to dress code policy.


• Complete other duties as assigned.
