Summary: The main function of a Compliance Program Manager (PM) for Accessories is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. This role will function as part of a team embedded in the product development of Reality Labs accessories, gathering and communications requirements while tracking important program milestones.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Clear and effective communication of HW Compliance goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and cross-functional teams to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve compliance plans. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes that impact compliance. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of consumer electronics products.

Prod dev exp in consumer electronics Have technical knowledge Compliance EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) Good to have skills: good com skills will present in cross functional meetings. AT times will be representative to other meetings
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.
Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
