Lab Technician - Positive Work Culture

Currently hiring multiple long term openings in a paint laboratory doing sampling on colors and sheen for automotive vehicles. This is in an entry-level role (no degree needed) and will be responsible for spray painting the products, blending paints, and following formulas for customer requirements.

The openings are on a early first shift.

Job Description:

• Fast-paced paint laboratory environment.
• Interaction among other technicians and the customer service coordinator.
• Blend paints and related materials while following formulas for customer requirements.
• Requires accurate weighing and organized recordkeeping.
• Will be required to spray paint over various substrates which involves operating a spray gun.
• Manually mixing different colorants for the paint.
• Must follow all safety procedures which include wearing PPE at all times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have prior work experience, but can be from variety of industries. Industries can include a warehouse, manufacturing, fast food, or retail.
• A high school degree or GED is required for this position.
• A college degree is not required, but preferred.
• If non-degreed, must have good job tenure in a fast paced work environment.
• Must have a birth certificate or passport
