We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Label Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift (6pm - 6am) at our facility in New Century, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining label application equipment to ensure high-quality product labeling.

• Set up, operate, and monitor label application machines for various products
• Ensure accurate and consistent label placement on products
• Perform quality checks to maintain labeling standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
• Clean and maintain label machines and work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance
• Assist in inventory management of labeling materials
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers regarding production status and any issues

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience operating label machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work night shift hours (6pm - 6am)
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills to address minor equipment issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift certification preferred
• Familiarity with label application techniques and materials a plus
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes beneficial
• Understanding of manufacturing safety standards
