Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00pm-6:00am)

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Label/ Robotic Technician to join our Finishing Department. In this role, you'll help ensure our automated robotic palletizing systems operate efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory and product labeling. What You’ll Do

• Program and operate robotic palletizing cells for production runs.


• Ensure products are properly cleared and set up within the robotic cell.


• Accurately move finished goods within our inventory management system.


• Verify pallet labels are correct and meet customer-specific requirements.


• Coordinate with shipping personnel to ensure products are released accurately and on time.


• Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory procedures.


• Use our inventory management software to track and manage finished products.


• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic equipment, including:

  • Stretch wrappers
  
  
  • Automatic banding equipment
  
  
  
  


• Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) safely.


• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean, organized work area.


• Assist with other duties as assigned.
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.


• Previous manufacturing experience required. Experience working with robotic or automated machinery is preferred.


• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.


• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.


• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance is preferred.
