Labeling Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Labeling Associate to join our team. The Labeling Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all products are labeled accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and operate labeling equipment correctly and accurately.
• Apply labels to products accurately and efficiently
•  Ensure that all labels are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of labeling activities.
• Have a clear understanding of reading Sales Orders, related job documents, and using job management tools such as Quickbooks and Trello.
• Assist in the development and implementation of labeling procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure labeling requirements are met
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in labeling or a related field preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to able to life and move up to 25lbs, frequently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
