Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of
our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Labeller Operator to work in Thika, Kenya.

Job Summary

The Labeller Operator will play a crucial role assisting in
maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily
machine AM activities.

This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine/equipment
and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Monitoring machine/equipment performance
and recording output on an hourly basis.

·         Participate in daily machine autonomous
maintenance before starting shift.

·         Update assigned machine log sheets on
hourly basis

·         Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on
any machine breakdown.

·         Participate in machine breakdown analysis
sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.

·         Observe all set safety regulations for a
safe working environment based on production requirements.

·         Liaise with the quality team to ensure
production of quality products and be able to raise any non -conformance noticed
during the production process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

·         Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical
Engineering.

·         3 Years minimum
experience in manufacturing Industries

·         At least 3 years of experience in a
Beverage production environment is an added advantage.

·         Strong knowledge of beverage production
processes and equipment.

·         Strong analytical/Troubleshooting skills.

·         Familiarity with food safety and quality
control systems

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast -paced
environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
