Labor & Delivery RN

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity maternal care team at a Level IV designated maternal facility. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and long-term career growth.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license
• BLS certification required
• Acute care hospital experience required

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Perform patient assessments, education, and care coordination
• Participate in discharge and transfer planning
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered outcomes
• Serve as a resource, mentor, or preceptor based on experience
• Adhere to the Texas Board of Nursing and regulatory standards
