A leading law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Los Angeles practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–4 years of management-side labor and employment experience, particularly someone with a strong employment litigation background representing employers.

The position offers sophisticated employment matters, meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and continued professional development.

What You'll Do

• Represent employers in labor and employment matters


• Handle employment litigation and workplace disputes


• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings


• Manage discovery and participate in depositions and hearings


• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy


• Advise clients on employment and workplace matters


• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of labor and employment experience


• Management-side/employer representation experience


• Strong employment litigation experience


• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school


• Active California Bar membership


• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills


• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
