Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our Chicago team and make an impact on meaningful employment litigation matters.

• Represent clients in employment litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, conduct legal research, and assist with depositions, hearings, and case preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex employment matters.
• Provide practical legal guidance while helping clients navigate employment-related disputes.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar admission required.
• 2+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Hands-on experience handling employment litigation matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
