Labor & Employment Attorney

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at one of our clients offices in Syracuse, Rochester, or Binghamton, NY.

Note: You must be licensed to practice law in New York and have at least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Job Description

• Provide legal advice on employment law, labor relations, and workplace matters
• Counsel clients on federal and state compliance, workplace policies, and legal risks
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Deliver training and guidance on labor and employment practices
• Draft employment agreements, conduct investigations, and negotiate labor contracts

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to build client trust and communicate clearly
• Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
