Plaintiffs' Side Labor & Employment Associate with at least 2+ years of solid experience.

FLSA claims.
WARN Act.

Qualifications:
Member in good standing with the California state bar.
2+ years of plaintiffs' side litigation experience.
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
Team player mindset.

Location:
Hybrid and remote. Open to California barred attorneys not sitting in California as well.
