Job Description:

Our client is looking for experienced associates to join their dynamic Labor & Employment team in San Diego. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of employment litigation experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years in employment litigation
Strong academic background
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, wage-hour laws, and FMLA
Experience with case preparation for state and federal agencies and courts

Responsibilities:
Manage cases independently
Attend hearings
Draft and respond to discovery
Prepare and file motions in court
Develop cases for trial
