Labor & Employment Senior Litigation Associate We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior-level litigation associate to join our dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group in San Francisco, California. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collegial team of excellent employment law professionals who enjoy their work and take pride in their work product. *Responsibilities:*
* Lead the California practice in high-stakes employment litigation matters, with a focus on trial work. * Handle complex transactional employment work, including drafting employment and severance agreements, EEOC/DFEH responses, witness interviews, and depositions. * Counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance, draft workplace policies, and assist with employment training programs. * Provide guidance in traditional labor relations matters. *Requirements:*
* 7+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation and a proven track record of successful trial work * Significant experience in transactional employment work * Background in counseling employers on compliance, drafting policies, and assisting with training programs * Superior academic credentials and exceptional writing skills * Admission to the California Bar * Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: * High-profile wage and hour class/collective actions * Drafting and implementing comprehensive employment policies and training programs * Traditional labor relations and collective bargaining
