Overview:

Location: Buffalo
Hours Worked: Typically, Monday through Friday, 40 per week.
However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and complete other projects as assigned.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely testing of consumer products, reporting data, and writing technical reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Major Roles & Responsibilities:
 Assist with coordination and maintenance of samples storage area, to include organization, discarding, destroying and general disposition of tested and history samples, as applicable.
 Responsible for maintenance of instruments in labs.
 Collect and analyze the daily report.
 Prepares a variety of samples for testing using prescribed testing methods following testing standards /specifications.
 Conducts testing on HBHF Products following the guidelines set forth by BV
 Other duties as defined by manager based on departmental needs and workload

Education and Experience:
 High School Education – Prior testing or lab experience a plus, but not required for this position.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.

Compensation Range: $17 - $20 an hour (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset).
