Customer Service Representative (Laboratory)
Full time / Temp-to-hire | Monday - Friday, 11:30am to 7:30pm
On-site in the Mahwah, NJ area
- Experience in a laboratory setting with client / customer service experience is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Medical terminology
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
- Must be able to take direction from multiple sources
- Handling lower-level communication with the clients
- Documenting patient records
- Calling client for patient records
- Submitting pick up requests to logistics
- Faxing, emailing and scanning
- Answering phone calls
- Entering information into their system (Path Central) will train.
