Job Description - Laboratory Engineer ( A Group MLB PE 02)-Houston,TX

Purpose of the position
1.By strictly controlling, ensure that the new product L-Q achieves 100%;
2.Assist in completing FA experimental analysis, solving production anomalies, and improving yield.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.SMT anomaly experimental analysis and operation;
2.SMT anomaly experimental report submission;
3.SMT line body L-Q planning & customer connection;
4.SMT line body L-Q report production and upload to the Incline system;
5.Maintenance and maintenance of experimental equipment;
6.Training of laboratory technicians;
7.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Education and work experience
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
Work Experience: 1-3 years in SMT testing/analysis work

Working conditions

Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Possess knowledge related to SMT production process, familiar with SMT production flow; Skilled operation of CT, OMM, grinding, buffing, TDM etc. SMT experimental equipment; Proficient in using Office office software (Excel, Word, Power point)
