Job Title: Laboratory Tech Assistant
Location: Bentonville, AR - Onsite
Job Type: W2 Contract - 5/25-7/31/26 with extension or conversion possibility
Schedule: Second Shift - 2p-10:30p

Job Overview
We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support laboratory testing operations in a second shift environment focused on apparel report writing and laboratory support activities. This individual will play a key role in sample management, testing, documentation, reporting, and maintaining laboratory safety and equipment standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, label, organize, and safely store laboratory samples
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis according to established procedures and protocols
• Accurately document test results, analyses, and findings
• Prepare and communicate reports to appropriate stakeholders
• Answer questions regarding testing results and provide clarification as needed
• Maintain sample storage areas in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Clean, maintain, and recalibrate laboratory equipment when necessary
• Maintain accurate equipment logs, maintenance records, and daily work documentation
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and standardized testing methodologies
• Stay current on laboratory technologies, testing practices, and scientific advancements

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Technology, or related field preferred
• Equivalent practical laboratory experience will also be considered
• Previous laboratory technician or laboratory assistant experience preferred
• Experience with apparel report writing highly preferred
• Understanding of laboratory testing methods, safety procedures, and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
• Ability to accurately document and communicate test results
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $14 - $19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
