HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager to join a top-tier medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about supporting mothers and newborns through the childbirth experience.

Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager will oversee clinical operations within the Labor & Delivery unit, including patient care, staff development, resource management, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe and supportive experience for patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to the Labor & Delivery unit

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in maternal care

• Foster a culture of safety, compassion, and collaboration

• Partner with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Nevada (or eligibility to obtain)

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Masters preferred

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Labor & Delivery experience, including prior leadership or charge nurse roles

• Strong understanding of evidence-based obstetric practices and patient safety standards

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
