The Lindi Corp has been proudly serving the Mesquite area for over 15 years. We are currently seeking a Laborer to help us provide quality service to our customers. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast growing business where everyone on the team is valued. You must be able to work independently and with others as needed, while being a positive member of the whole team. 

As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks from general maintenance to field work. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the maintenance of the shop and property by keeping the premises clean, organized, and safe 
• Perform daily cleaning tasks within the shop and surrounding property areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging holes for project preparation
• Maintain and organize the proper storage of tools and maintenance equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading of supplies or materials 
• Assist skilled workers in the field on various jobs as needed
• Maintenance of fleet such as coordinating with mechanic shops and cleaning/organization of trucks
• Run miscellaneous errands as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

• Reliable transportation to job site
