About Us:
We are a commercial renovation company specializing in interior build-outs, design-build projects, and finish carpentry throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism on every project.

Position Overview:
We are hiring Experienced Construction Laborers to assist with various remodeling projects. You’ll work alongside skilled carpenters and site supervisors performing a wide range of hands-on tasks, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with demolition, site prep, cleanup, and material handling
Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Help maintain clean, organized job sites
Follow directions from lead carpenters and site supervisors
Ensure all work complies with safety policies and site rules

Qualifications:

2+ years of general construction or renovation experience
Familiar with power tools, construction materials, and site safety
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
OSHA-10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
