Franjo Restoration located in Baldwin, PA is looking for a LABORER to assist the Foreman on completion of projects. This is including, but not limited to demolition, construction, and all aspects of restoration. The Laborer will have general knowledge/ understanding of the work to ensure a safe and successful project. This position will report directly to the Foreman and indirectly to the Production Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Part of On-Call rotation


• Report to foreman


• Timesheets


• Safety compliance


• Uniforms


• The employee is required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.


• The employee must frequently lift and move 50 pounds or more.


• High noise level in the work environment and job sites is likely.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Continuing education as requested


• High School Diploma or equivalent

WORK AUTHORIZATION / SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.


• Must comply with all required background and security clearances.


• Must submit to new hire and random drug screening(s)
