NOW HIRING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE TEMPORARY FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE

Andy's is hiring a Laborer to join our irrigation team! This is a highly physical role! As a Laborer, you will work outdoors, support crew members, and operate equipment to complete various irrigation tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Operate and maintain tools.
• Ensure job site safety by following company policies and industry standards.
• Support equipment operators as needed.
• Load and unload materials and tools for daily operations.
• Perform general laborer duties including, digging, raking, lifting, and hauling debris.

• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up heavy weight.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

This is not a warehouse or construction job—it’s an active, outdoor role working with trees and landscapes.
