We are a family owned and operated Small General Contracting Business with emphasis in the Residential Market. Our specialty is in Interior Remodeling/Renovations, especially kitchen and bath, and House Additions. We are looking into expanding our crew by adding experience and professionalism.
Help and learn with our skilled trade workers how to do framing, drywall patch and paint, tilework, stucco, foundation work, flooring, etc.; help out on Jobsite with demo, general cleaning/housekeeping, and parts and materials running.
Laborer Position and Requirements:
Full Time
- Help where needed on job site, including demo, material/parts running, labor, and general housekeeping/clean-up.
- Prior construction experience that may include demo, structural and framing, drywall patch/paint, stucco, tile work, concrete (general and foundations), plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Ability to travel short distances with a work truck or, in some cases your own transportation (you will be compensated for personal vehicle use for mileage) to stores such as home depot, ganahl lumber, etc., to pick up materials (nails, tools, grout, mortar, etc.), for different needs at the job site.
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer attached which will be used to take trash/large debris to the dump. Previous experience driving a trailer is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction practices, materials, tools, etc., such as which materials and tools will be needed for different construction operations. For instance, which materials/tools will be needed for framing, versus which ones will be needed for concrete work, and so on.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt well to changing situations that may arise on the job site.
- Proof of US Citizenship or equivalent (SSN or Work Permit)
- Resume and Referrals
- Bilingual is a plus

The position is on a job-to-job basis, but it may become permanent after 90 days probation period and depending on what the candidate brings to the Team.
