Sunday, June 15, 2025:

• 1:00 PM: Pick up materials from HMSDC at 3 Riverway Dr, Houston, TX 77056.


• Collect additional materials from Public Storage at 2303 W Loop S Fwy Svc Rd, Houston, TX 77027.


• Transport and offload materials at Wildcat Golf Club, 12000 Almeda Rd, Houston, TX 77045.

Monday, June 16, 2025:

• 3:00 PM: Pick up materials from Wildcat Golf Club.


• Return and offload materials at HMSDC.

Estimated Materials Include:

• 9 totes


• Beverages (water and soda)


• Flags


• Outdoor fan


• Directional signage


• Backdrops


• Pop-up tent
