Labourer

Job Summary:

In a team built on specialized expertise and precision, the Labourer plays a vital supporting role. Youll work alongside highly skilled tradespeople, assisting with a variety of tasks across different projects. This is not a "do-it-all" role its about being the reliable foundation that helps our specialists perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist tradespeople (e.g. electricians, tilers, plasterers, HVAC technicians) with daily tasks

2. Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas and materials

3. Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

4. Perform basic demolition, digging, or assembly tasks as required

5. Operate hand tools and small machinery under supervision

6. Follow instructions from supervisors to support job execution

7. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site cleanliness

8. Respond flexibly to different job needs across multiple skill areas

Requirements:

• English is a must
  Valid International Driving License

• Previous experience in construction or general labour preferred

• Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasks

• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions closely

• Basic knowledge of tools and job site practices

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid health and safety certification (e.g. CSCS, OSHA or local equivalent)

• Experience assisting multiple trades in construction or maintenance projects
