LADIES’ LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT/HOUSEKEEPER

Job Summary

Attend to locker room needs of club members and guests. Maintain order and cleanliness of locker room. Greet members and guests and assure that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained. Assist with general housekeeping daily duties throughout the clubhouse and laundry room duties.

Ladies’ Locker Room Job Tasks

  1. Ensures the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property.
  2. Issues lockers and keys to members and guests as needed.
  3. Maintains a list of occupied lockers; provides a billing list to the accounting office.
  4. Maintains an inventory of locker room supplies.
  5. Interacts with Assistant General Manager and purchaser to purchase locker room supplies as needed.
  6. Receives and greets members and guests.
  7. Maintains locker area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
  8. Clean vanities, toilets, mirrors and vacuum carpet. Empty garbage cans and baskets.
  9. Restocks supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, etc.
  10. Cleans golf shoes throughout each day.
  11. Maintains cleanliness of shoe cleaning room.
  12. Maintains snack area and golf needs (tees, scorecards, sunscreen, etc.) station.
  13. Transports towels to and from laundry area.
  14. Set up snack station in locker room for ladies’ golf days.
  15. Maintains coffee and beverage supplies, cleans beverage area as needed.

Housekeeper Job Tasks

  1. Empties linen hampers in massage room.
  2. Restock supplies in Fitness Center locker rooms (tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, etc).
  3. Launders soiled linens (sheets, towels, rags, bath rugs, kitchen uniforms, etc.).
  4. Presses linen tablecloths as needed.
  5. Maintains cleanliness of laundry room and linen room.
  6. Transports linen to locker rooms and rest rooms.
  7. Receives incoming linens from contracted linen supply sources.
  8. Cloths dining tables for events.
  9. Cleans clubhouse bathrooms (toilets, vanities, mop floors, empty trash cans) and restocks supplies.
  10. Dust furniture and clean mirrors throughout the clubhouse.
  11. Polish silver as needed.
