Laminate Line Operator - 1st Shift

Pay Scale: $17 - $21/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Summary: Passing, pulling, and adhering all required raw materials while maintaining quality. Plans, directs, coordinates, and controls the activities of workers engaged in assembling parts or manufacturing components by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Under plant management guidance, schedules work, assists with employee selection, input on employee performance and training, administers work rules, recommends employee status changes, rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Meet all delivery dates required on work schedule
• Checking parts for aesthetics
• Read and comprehend job tickets, drawings, quality policies, procedures, and standards
• Ability to calibrate and use a tape measure, set-up, adjusts and uses small power tools, such as routers and drills. 
• Ability to inspect product to insure compliance to standards
• Ability to adequately maintain inventory for all finishing supplies and requisition replenishment as requires
