Lamination Specialist

Job purpose

Provide on-site operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Nobelus Laminator at the HP Graphics Experience Center (GEC) in Atlanta. This role ensures effective demonstrations, supports HP and Nobelus sales efforts, and contributes to customer engagement and lead generation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Operate and master the Nobelus Laminator End Solutions at the HP GEC.
•  Develop and apply expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
•  Support demonstrations by effectively communicating processes to HP sales representatives, solutions architects, and customers.
•  Run product samples for HP GEC and Nobelus teams as required.
•  Collaborate with HP team at the GEC to coordinate demonstrations and sample production.
•  Provide daily updates in a shared MS Excel log of interactions with HP prospects, customers, and visitors.
•  Share relevant news and action items with Nobelus via email as appropriate.
•  Track qualified leads using Nobelus’s qualification template.
•  Support Nobelus sales follow-up by confirming interest with prospective clients.

Compensation: $25,000/annually 

•  Strong technical aptitude with ability to master specialized laminator equipment.
•  Effective communication skills for demonstrations and customer interactions.
•  Collaboration with cross-functional teams (HP and Nobelus).
•  Attention to detail and ability to track qualified leads.
•  Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication tools.

Requirements

•  Prior experience in operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting industrial or print-related equipment.
•  Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
•  Familiarity with customer engagement in a technical demonstration setting.
•  Self-directed and capable of managing contractor responsibilities independently.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during demonstrations. May require moderate lifting and handling of materials or equipment related to laminator operations.
