Laminator

As a Cabinet Laminator, you will be responsible for applying laminate finishes to cabinetry and related products. Your attention to detail and expertise will ensure a high-quality, durable finish that meets company standards and client expectations. You will work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Lamination:      Apply laminate materials to cabinet surfaces using appropriate techniques      and equipment, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
• Preparation:      Prepare surfaces for lamination by cleaning, sanding, and applying      adhesives as needed.
• Quality Control:      Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality      standards before passing on to the next production stage.
• Maintenance:      Maintain and clean laminating equipment and tools to ensure optimal      performance and safety.
• Collaboration:      Work closely with other team members to coordinate workflow and ensure      timely project completion.

Qualifications:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in laminating, woodworking, or related fields is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part      of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended      periods.
• Previous use of table saws
