We're looking for a proactive professional to support our land acquisition efforts remotely from Lebanon.

About the Role

As a Land Acquisition & Research Specialist, you will play an important role in helping Namou identify and secure new land opportunities across the UAE, with a primary focus on Ras Al Khaimah.

This is a remote role that combines research, relationship building, lead generation, and coordination. You'll communicate directly with landowners and brokers, identify potential opportunities, and connect qualified leads with our acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential land opportunities through online platforms, databases, and market research.
• Contact landowners, brokers, and developers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and property owners.
• Qualify leads by collecting key property details (ownership, location, zoning, etc.). 
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Head of Supply (COO).
• Manage and update the CRM pipeline with active opportunities. 
• Track market activity, new listings, and investment opportunities. 
• Prepare reports summarizing activities, leads, and market insights.
• Support the Supply & Inventory team with coordination and administrative tasks. 
• Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or customer relations is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
