Land Development Project Engineer

We are seeking a Land Development Project Engineer to join our dedicated group of professionals in State College, PA.  As a Land Development Project Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Perform design tasks for site permitting, stormwater management, stormwater conveyance, and erosion and sedimentation controls
• Perform QA/QC reviews of design, sealing plans, and reports
• Communicate with project team, clients, and regulators
• Track the completion of design tasks as it relates to schedule, resource management, and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in subdivision and land development engineering to include:

            o Site layout and design

            o Grading, utility design

            o Stormwater management

            o Erosion control

            o Preparation of permit applications and engineering reports

• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Registration of a Professional Engineering license or an Engineer in Training Certificate with an active plan to obtain licensure
• Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications are required
• Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (Valid US driver's license is required)
• Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
