LGI Homes is seeking a Land Entitlement Manager in the Sacramento area.

The Land Entitlement Manager is responsible for supporting multi-million-dollar development deals at LGI Homes through the supervision of entitlements and approvals of residential lots and land in an assigned area. This position will review and comment on existing entitlements during the due diligence process, manage the land planning, zoning, and entitlement processes through the achievement of project closing conditions.
The Land Entitlement Manager will manage the necessary entitlements, permits, reimbursements, agreements, and relationships related to assigned projects. This position will supervise the preparation of HOA documents and formation. This position will also be responsible for overseeing architectural approvals if required for final development entitlements. Weekend work and travel may be required as needed.
At least 4+ years of land entitlement/forward planning experience is highly preferred for this role. A valid driver’s license is required.

Base Salary: $120,000- $150,000 commensurate with experience
Additional Compensation: 10% annual bonus opportunities
