Position Overview

Lead Land Planner - focused on large-scale single-family residential developments.

Working closely with 1 landscape architect and engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Support the conceptual design and master planning of large-scale single-family communities, balancing developer vision, environmental constraints, and marketability.

Evaluate zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and site constraints (drainage, topography, connectivity) to assess development feasibility.

Create compelling site plans, illustrative master plans, and presentation graphics for developers, municipal staff, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

8+ years of professional experience in land planning, must have experience in single-family residential master-planned communities.
