Our company is seeking an experienced and talented full time Land Surveying Project Manager who has experience working in all areas of land surveying. A successful candidate for this position will be required to work directly with the PLS to processes Survey field data and manage/review all phases of survey documents to assist in the completion of land surveying projects. The position will require mostly office work with filed site visits at times. The successful candidate will not only manage the in-office aspect of Lanad Surveying deliverables but will also be required to conduct field work as a Crew Chief when necessary.

Candidates will be expected to perform all the normal and customary duties a field Crew Chief as well as a Project Manager, mentor deadlines, and other duties as assigned. The ability to read plans, recognize, and remedy problems in design data is essential. Experience in the following is preferred:

• Boundaries and Title Surveys


• Preparing construction staking


• Topography surveys


• Plot Plans


• Subdivision surveys


• Elevation and Flood Certificates


• ALTA surveys

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient using Carlson Software and/or AutoCAD design software


• Capable of working at least 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 am to 5pm in an office setting


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to produce accurate work and be detail oriented


• Excellent English and communication skills


• Eligible to work under US Law


• Be willing to work in the field and in the office
