Job Description - Land Surveying Drafter -

DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Land Surveying Drafter to join a dynamic team in the Greenville, SC. area. The successful candidate must be experienced in drafting for Land Surveyors in AutoCAD, Carlson or similar drafting programs.

Salary range: $30hr - $60hr, plus OT (depending on experience)
Base hours/schedule: 8am - 5pm, some weekends
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, 401K Matching, Paid holidays, Vacation, Bonuses
Location: Onsite

Drafting experience should include any or all of the following:

Boundary Surveys

Topographic Surveys

Mortgage / House Surveys

As-Builts

Elevation / Flood Certificates

ALTA Surveys

Subdivision Surveys

Computer Modeling
