Landscape Architect

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team in Sharon, MA. This full-time role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about designing and overseeing high-end residential landscape projects from concept to completion. As a Landscape Architect in Sharon, you will craft detailed construction documents, collaborate closely with project managers and field teams, and engage directly with clients to ensure every project balances aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility. Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom landscape designs and produce construction-ready documents for residential projects in Sharon, MA
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and permit documentation to guide construction efforts
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and contractors to ensure designs are practical and buildable
• Communicate with clients to refine design goals, review plans, and confirm project requirements
• Conduct site visits, adjust designs as needed, and provide ongoing project coordination
• Ensure all designs meet technical standards while delivering high aesthetic quality
• MUST have experience with landscape projects

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field
• Proven experience creating residential landscape designs and preparing construction documents
• Proficiency with design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent)
• Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with clients and construction teams
