Landscape Architect - Join a Leading Company

Client is searching for a creative and motivated Landscape Architect in the Charlotte office. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for the design of public and private projects that include parks, recreational, residential, commercial, multi-family, healthcare, university, and industrial projects. Salary is commensurate based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

· Minimum 5 years' experience.

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University.

· Registered Landscape Architect preferred.

· Ability to organize, coordinate and execute landscape architecture assignments.

· Demonstrated knowledge of site design, grading, construction details & planting design.

· Proficiency in freehand sketches, illustration and renderings.

· Computer skills with demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).

· Excellent written & communication skills.

· Ability to work within a collaborative design team environment.

· Ability to mentor and teach other landscape architecture staff.

· Attend and participate in client meetings.

· Perform construction administration services including RFIs, submittal review, and site visits.

· Portfolio will be required if considered for an interview.
