Landscape Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential landscaping projects in Sharon, MA. This full-time, hands-on role emphasizes supervising field crews, ensuring top-quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day jobsite activities. As a vital member of the field team, you will coordinate crew performance, assist with on-site tasks, and maintain consistent communication with project management to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate landscape construction crews on residential projects in Sharon
• Perform hands-on tasks including grading, planting, hardscape installation, and site preparation
• Plan daily schedules, manage equipment, and allocate materials for efficient operations
• Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
• Report project progress, challenges, and updates to management and clients
• Mentor and train crew members to enhance skills and teamwork
