Job Description - Landscape Crew & Drivers

Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial clients in Southwest Houston! Drivers only-- must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities:

Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers

Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers

Hand pulling weeds

Picking up trash and yard debris

Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings

Drivers Only-Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members

Other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications:

1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!

Bilingual--Spanish/English preferred

Must be at least 18 yrs of age

Drivers Only-Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age

Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
