Blades Landscaping is a growing landscaping and property maintenance company serving Northwest Arkansas.
This is not a standard landscaping job.
This is a growth-track field leadership role for someone who wants responsibility, income upside, and a real path into leadership.
We are looking for a working operator — someone who can lead in the field, run equipment, hold people accountable, manage quality, protect equipment, help support new properties, and grow with the company.
The base pay is consistent. The upside is performance-based. The expectations are high.
If you want to show up, coast, and collect a check, this is not the role.
If you want to work hard, lead people, own results, and grow into bigger responsibility, keep reading.
The Field Operations Lead is a hands-on leadership role.
You will be in the field every day leading work, operating equipment, managing quality, supporting crew members, and helping make sure every property is completed correctly.
You are not sitting in an office. You are not just taking orders. You are expected to take ownership.
You will help manage properties, keep jobs moving, protect company equipment, communicate issues clearly, and support growth as Blades adds new accounts.
This role starts at $1,000 per week base salary, with bonus opportunities tied to profit, new properties, and optional sales.
Top performers can grow into larger leadership roles with significantly higher earning potential.
You will perform and lead daily landscaping work, including:

This is the high-output season.
Expect:
This is where the company earns, and this is where bonus opportunities are created.
The slower season may include:
The goal is simple: work hard when it counts, then use the slower season to reset, improve, and prepare.
This role is designed as a launching pad.
Where you start.
You are in the field, leading work, building trust, earning your base, and proving you can own results.
You take full ownership of a crew and a larger property portfolio.
You are expected to run your piece of the business with less oversight.
You help oversee multiple crews, properties, schedules, equipment, and team performance.
Your compensation and bonus opportunity increase with responsibility.
Top performers may grow into a leadership role with significant authority, responsibility, and earning potential.
This is the path for someone who wants to build a real future here.
Blades is working toward significant growth in 2026.
The goal is to add meaningful new recurring monthly revenue and continue growing the business into a stronger, more profitable company.
