We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Landscaping Crew Members to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of!

Requirements

We will provide:

· $16.00 - $20.00 / hr depending on qualifications

· Hero of the week – you can earn an extra $1 per hour when you meet basic requirements

· Work Boot incentive – after 30 days we will provide you with $100 towards new boots. After a year we will give you $250 for new boots yearly!

You will provide the following:

· Minimum one year of experience in the landscaping/construction industry, preferred

· Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, overhead designs and specifications

· Knowledge of specific material, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a work day

· Attention to detail

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Assist foreman with job related tasks and preparation of jobsites

· Operate various tools and equipment including chainsaws, hand tools, pruning tools, dingo, tractor and skid steer

· Plant and maintain landscape

· Ability to load and unload material, tools and equipment required to complete landscape projects
