We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our Landscaping Division, where we turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive  

We will provide:

· $16.00 - $20.00 / hr depending on qualifications

You will provide the following:

· Minimum one year of experience in the landscaping/construction industry, preferred

· Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

· Maintain the appearance of client properties in regard to landscape beds, parking lots, etc.

· Remove and disposing of weeds and debris

· Have a current Lawn Applicator’s license or the ability to pass a Pesticide Exam. We will train and pay for certification

· Pruning perennials, shrubs and trees as necessary

· Note any potential issues on properties, with plants, landscape damage, etc. 

· Plant knowledge is preferred but not required

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a workday

· Attention to detail

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Ability to load and unload material, tools and equipment required to complete landscape projects
