Job Description - Landscape Designer

The Opportunity:


We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time entry-level Landscape Designer to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe office.

We are experts in environmental planning, cultural resource management, community planning, and landscape architecture design services. Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Assisting in the production, coordination, and preparation of landscape architectural design documents and construction documents for a wide variety of projects, including urban/civic spaces, educational/civic facilities, restoration areas, parks, trails, and natural areas, and streets/highways.

  • Other related job duties as required.


 


What You’ll Bring:



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or closely related field.

  • 0-2 years of demonstrable experience in a consulting or agency setting.

  • Skilled in design and graphics.

  • Proficient in CAD drafting (AutoCAD with Landfx experience).

  • Be able to work cooperatively in a positive team-oriented setting.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average, as applicable.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suites programs

  • Proficiency with Sketchup

  • Compensation – This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $52,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
