You’re a designer who doesn’t just dream in renderings — you bring ideas to life quickly and beautifully. You know how to connect with clients, understand their needs, and turn their outdoor spaces into something special — without overcomplicating the process.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on momentum. Someone who can take a small-to-midsize landscape project from concept to close with creativity, clarity, and care. If you love the design-build world but want to focus on projects that move fast and make an immediate impact, this role is for you.

You’ll be successful here if:

• You’re a creative thinker with a strong grasp of native plants, hardscape, and outdoor living design.


• You enjoy meeting with clients, listening well, and guiding them toward smart, beautiful solutions.


• You’re comfortable managing multiple smaller projects at once — and keeping them all on track.


• You’re confident in your design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) and can produce clean, compelling presentations.


• You’re energized by the idea of helping drive cash flow through efficient, high-quality work.
