What You'll Do As Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant:

• Design thoughtful, site-specific residential landscapes blending beauty and function.
• Prepare material takeoffs and construction plans, and manage permitting with townships.
• Develop & present proposals reflecting design, labor, and timelines.
• Meet clients on-site to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain clear, consistent client communication.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and accurate execution.
• Track sales metrics and set quarterly goals to support growth.
• Suggest improvements to sales approach, client experience, and design quality.

Our Ideal Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant:

• Experienced: 5+ years in landscape design required, with strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and horticulture; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred if under 5 years of experience.
• Certified: APLD, NCLC, or Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist certifications preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CAD/design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion); AI experience like ChatGPT a plus.
• Organized: Skilled at managing multiple projects and details seamlessly.
• Communicative: Clear and confident with clients and internal teams.
• Decisive: Comfortable making informed choices and leading design direction.
• Adaptable: Balances creativity with practical execution and site realities.
