Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Crew Leader

We’re hiring a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead year-round commercial grounds maintenance crews. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on planning, quality, and consistent service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise commercial landscape maintenance crews
• Plan daily work, schedules, and route assignments
• Perform quality checks and ensure service standards are met
• Operate and oversee use of maintenance equipment
• Apply basic horticulture and irrigation knowledge
• Enforce safety, compliance, and jobsite standards

• Experience leading landscape maintenance crews
• Working knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and equipment
• Strong planning, organization, and leadership skills
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented approach
