This TLC team member will always apply strong leadership skills as well as a positive attitude to team members and clients. This TLC team member is expected to complete tasks such as mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, and weeding, among other tasks. Safety is a top priority and is expected to follow all safety procedures and protocols. This TLC team member must be able to operate small power tools and be willing to learn from others as well as teach others. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary, just an attitude to learn.


• Must be able to communicate effectively, positively, and problem solve.


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Must be willing and able to do all and any tasks that are assigned.


• Use any and all equipment to complete job tasks.


• Come to work with a glass half full mentality to maintain company culture.


• Must show consistent professionalism and good judgement.


• Able to work in all kinds of weather conditions.


• Work efficiently and timely to meet deadlines.


• Must be a team player.


• Must have the ability to bend, squat, and lift for a period of time.


• Must be detail oriented and meticulous.

Job Type: Full Time – weekdays, occasional weekends

Pay: Hourly, negotiable based on experience
