Job Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful. responsible for overseeing daily specific crew duties including but not limited to time tracking, material stocking, equipment management, employee management, business development, job costing/tracking, and software management.
Responsibilities
- The Production Supervisor must be able to provide accurate feedback to field labor staff from management.
- Maintain up to date accurate job tracking/costing records.
- Responsible for keeping shop materials fully stocked.
- Conducts monthly walk-through on accounts and identifies and documents any/all discrepancies.
- Ensures crews are fully equipped for daily operations.
- Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule.
- Interfaces with Director of Maintenance Operations to ensure client’s expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.
- Ensures that company production standards are met.
- Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Ensures that all equipment is maintained properly and preventatively maintained (PMd) daily.
- Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Landscape industry or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess computer skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
- Knowledge in small equipment repair and maintenance is preferred.
